In the heart of a remote mountain village, an old woman passes away. A shaman ventures into the forest to perform a ritual at the temple, guiding the soul of the deceased to the afterlife.

Au cœur d'un village reculé dans la montagne, une vieille femme vient de décéder. Un passeur traverse la forêt pour rejoindre le temple dans lequel se tient la défunte, afin d'y pratiquer un rituel ancestral visant à extraire l'âme de la vieille femme de son corps, et la faire rejoindre l'au delà.
