How exactly would you feasibly be able to film a raccoon in such a way that it looks and talks like a huma? Answer: CGI.
Without the advances in computer generated imagery that we have today, modern day VFX wouldn't allow us to see such incredible things. And, our friend Rocket, wouldn't be able to exist on screen without it!
